Interactive Education

The Electronic Commerce bill enacted by the Florida Legislature, SB 1334, requires that "a first time applicant for a notary commission must submit proof that the applicant has, within one year prior to the application, completed at least three hours of interactive or classroom instruction, including electronic notarization and covering the duties of the notary public.  Courses satisfying this section may be offered by any public or private sector person or entity registered with the Executive Office of the Governor and must include a core curriculum approved by that office".

The course we have prepared is interactive and makes learning fun and effective and meets or exceeds all course curriculum criteria established by the State of Florida, Office of the Governor, Notary Division and is approved by that office.

Our course provides the applicant with pertinent information relative to performing the functions of a Notary Pubic in the State of Florida.  There are helpful questions provided throughout.  A Certificate of Completion will be issued as soon as you submit your name AS YOU DESIRE IT TO BE COMMISSIONED (e.g. if your full name is Jane Marie Citizen but you want your commissioned name to be J. Marie Citizen then put your name in as J. Marie Citizen).  Once you type your name (below) as you desire it to be commissioned and click on the "SUBMIT" button, your Certificate of Completion will appear.  Highlight the certificate (use your mouse to highlight - click at the beginning of the certificate (starting at the words "Florida Notaries Public - Interactive Educational Course") and hold the left side of the mouse down with your finger and run your mouse over the entire certificate; release the mouse and click on the "File", click on "Print", click in "Selection") or you can just print the entire page by clicking on the printer icon on your tool bar.  Your certificate will be printed.  Please sign your certificate where indicated.
